BB Cream Suitable for Oily Skin?
BB creams were so hyped are.. still are! I joined in with my hype and my first impression was WOW I love these. Great coverage, dewy skin I looked healthy. So I went about my day feeling amazing looked in the mirror a few hours and my face was just one big oily, blotchy mess. I tried to sort it out with powder which worked but I was having to reapply my powder every hour because I was so damn oily. All together I tried 3 and they all done the same thing.
I'm not bashing the products because if my skin was normal or a little dry I think they would of worked super, It's just my damn skin!
Do you have oily skin? Do BB creams work for you? Or am I doing some wrong?

I think the "BB Creams" in the Western market are all quite similar to tinted moisturisers that might not work well with oily skin, but I'd recommend Asian-based ones like the Missha BB Cream :) Also, I hear the new Bobbi Brown one is actually for oilier skintypes so that might be good!
ReplyDeleteOhh thank you, I will for sure check Missha BB out! Thanks x
DeleteI've tried the 17 BB cream and it worked quite nicely on my oily skin :) I tend to just apply a bit of powder on top throughout the day x
ReplyDeleteI'm going to check it out, thanks. Hopefully it agrees with my oily skin.
